What You'll Need to Prepare

• Completed student registration form (available at the administration office or online portal)
• Valid national identification card or birth certificate
• Most recent academic transcripts or school records
• Two recent passport-sized photographs
• Proof of residence (utility bill or family registration document)
• Completed financial aid application, if applicable

How the Process Works

After submitting your documents, our administration team reviews your application within five working days. You'll receive a confirmation notice with your student ID and orientation schedule. If any documents are missing or need clarification, we'll contact you directly — no guesswork on your end.

Students who qualify for funding assistance can apply simultaneously during enrollment. Our student funding advisors are available Monday through Friday to walk you through eligibility criteria and available support programs.
